What’s included: Recurring WordPress updates, regular security checks against malware, is perfect for websites containing less sensitive information, automatic and on-demand off-site backupsYour backups are stored for 90 days on our secure cloud storage using Amazon S3 Infrastructure., maintenance of existing pages, creating news pages, new links, text and image updates and social media management.
These support programs provide you with one hour of support per month during the coverage period. We will never exceed your monthly support time without first contacting you for permission.
If there comes a time when you need support in addition to your monthly allocation, we offer a reduced hourly overflow rate. Monthly hours are normally not cumulative; special conditions can be arranged to support larger projects.

Invoicing: The maintenance subscriptions are invoiced annually on the first of the month from the moment the term commences.
Extend and cancel: After the term ends, the subscription is automatically extended for 1 year. You can cancel the subscription at least one month before the end of the term.
